Okay it’s official. I can’t update victoria:(, can’t edit the stuff like description etc either..

basically what happens is when i hit the submit button, the browser progress bar starts to move very slowly and then I get a message:
‘Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage’
When using Firefox it just takes me to a blank page.
And it’s same when i reupload the new clf or when i just try to change some little thing in the description.

tried pretty much everything, tried submitting same product/description under a new id. works fine. no problems submitting new products either.
already tried this with windows 7 and windows xp, same thing.

I already submitted a ticket, but you know these take months to respond. if anyone had this problem and might know a possible solution to it, please let me know!

But don’t worry though, even if it doesn’t get resolved now, I believe pretty soon the product submissions will be done through the client so i’m hoping it will fix itself eventually..
